How does Kresta get my training data?
Connect intervals.icu or Garmin once, and your rides and runs arrive by themselves. You can also import FIT, GPX or TCX files, or a whole training-history export. Disconnect whenever you like.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your data is only used to run the app for you. It is never sold and never used to train AI models. We comply with the GDPR and will anonymize or delete your data on request. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Can I record workouts in the app?
Yes. Indoors against a smart trainer with controlled targets, or outdoors with GPS. Heart-rate straps and power meters connect over Bluetooth.
What is the AI coach?
A coach you talk to in plain language. It knows your training and can adjust your plan when life gets in the way. Tell it you slept badly or you are short on time, and it reworks the week.
How do I delete my account?
Delete your account and data from inside the app under Settings, or email and we will remove everything.
Does it cost anything?
Kresta is free while it is in development.
